ALLWAYS Home Care Founder and President Mark Rosney has been awarded the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® credential by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, the largest organization dedicated to the professional education and ethical practices of professionals working with seniors.
An Orange County resident for over 40 years, Mr. Rosney holds a BA degree in Psychology from the University of California and a Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He has held management positions in several Fortune 500 healthcare companies, driving the market introduction of life-improving medical technologies including laboratory diagnostic equipment, and medical interventions for diseases of the eyes, veins, and heart.
A passion for the people whose lives are improved when people with heart take action, coupled with the vision of doing something beneficial for the many seniors that live in his hometown of Orange County, CA, lead to the conception of ALLWAYS Home Care.
Mark takes a very participative role in the delivery of care for each ALLWAYS Home Care client by conducting new client assessments, interacting on a frequent basis with each client and their family, and overseeing the recruitment and training for every ALLWAYS Home Care caregiver.

The ALLWAYS Home Care Client Start-Up Process
The first step in starting home care services is a personalized service assessment interview and the generation of a customized care plan tailored to each client’s specific needs. Service recommendations include companion care services, personal care services, and technology monitoring recommendations.
Caregivers are prepared for each client’s specific needs before the first visit and are routinely evaluated and trained on an ongoing basis. (Every ALLWAYS Home Care employee receives extensive training delivered by licensed healthcare professionals.)
Communications between our caregivers, our clients, and their families are maintained at all times. Detailed visit reports and a message system for family members to leave instructions for caregivers are available with 24/7 access.
